Missing Links
A search of the internet reveals there are not many non commercial / non government sites listing links to non commercial sites and/or blogs with information and results for practical home energy saving. To try and rectify this shadlock.eu was launched yesterday to act as a European gateway to such sites.
If you run or know of such a site then add it to this blog - we may well want to list it.
